Agent accounts on Vartur are subject to the following terms:

• Agent accounts are created by Vartur administrators and are not available through self-registration
• Agents are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all listings they publish through the platform
• Vartur reserves the right to disable or delete agent accounts at any time, with or without notice
• Agents must not share account credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access their account

All content on the Vartur platform, including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Vartur or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our platform without prior written consent
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without explicit authorization
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform using automated means

Vartur acts as a listing and marketing platform connecting buyers, renters, and agents. We are not a party to any real estate transaction and do not guarantee the outcome of any property inquiry, negotiation, or transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vartur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from property transactions.
